At Lithos Admin, we value transparency and strive to deliver exceptional service throughout our partnerships. To ensure clarity, the following cancellation terms apply to all service agreements:

  1. Cancellation Fee:
    If a client chooses to terminate their contract before the agreed-upon term concludes, they will be responsible for paying 75% of the remaining balance on the contract. This fee compensates for the planning, resources, and commitments allocated to the partnership.

  2. Post-Cancellation Work:
    Should the client require additional work or services after the contract has been terminated, these will be billed at an hourly rate of $150. This rate applies to all tasks outside the original agreement following termination.

  3. Notice of Cancellation:
    Written notice must be provided at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date unless otherwise specified in the contract. During this notice period, services will continue as outlined in the agreement.
